ACTIVITIES:

Personnel Assignment Works
Officer executes the procedures for appointment of the staff live and openly.
Makes a change of location and change the title of the personnel working in the institution.
Assignment of workers to make correspondence with the Employment Agency.

Organization of Personnel Work
Administrative staff orientation, service debt, permits, reports, discipline, retirement, resignation shall be executed by all kinds of personal affairs.
Worker - Client relations layouts.
Ensures the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement negotiations.
Prepares and carries out changes to squad civil servants and workers schedules.
All employees will be given monthly wages, allowances, bonuses, benefits and so on. followed by timely accrual and payment of remuneration.

Employee monitoring and reviewing the provisions of the legislation, as required by any applicable laws apply.
Allowing the formation of disciplinary committees shall ensure the implementation of the decisions taken.

Training of Personnel Work
Administration prepares annual programs for training of personnel, ensures the implementation.
Courses and seminars.
Annually, the Board of Education collects, implements them by identifying training topics.
